Bethlehem is about 30 minutes west from the PA/NJ border, North of Philly. I went to Lehigh in Bethlem in the mid 80's (just missed this show though....Damn it!). Did get to see the first tour where Dickie Betts and Greg Allman played together following thier long seperation (which has happened again...guess Dickie can't get this s**t together, which is odd since a good friend of mine - the campus dealer - got Gregg some blow before the show).

Those guys are worse than Ray and Dave Davies - I saw the Allmans at the Music Hall in Boston in 1979 or 1980 and the same stuff was going on - nobody knew right up until showtime whether Dicky was even going to be there. Of course he was, and of course it was a fantastic show, and I think the uncertainty made for a particularly amped audience.
